Refund and Cancellation Policy

First 30 days: no charges

You will be charged 30 days after the first time you sign up for a paid subscription to Tumblon. So if you cancel within the first 30 days, you won't be charged at all. Note that these 30 days start when you upgrade to a paid Tumblon account, not when you first sign up for Tumblon (unless these things happen on the same day).

If you downgrade to a Free account and then upgrade again to a Paid account, you will be charged immediately in this case. This prevents people from stacking multiple 30 day free trials, one after the other.

After 30 days

If you cancel your paid Tumblon account after 30 days, you are responsible for any charges that have been made, but you won't be charged again. Since you're paying for a period after the fact, we don't offer prorated refunds. This means that if you sign up on the 1st of the month, and cancel on the 15th, you won't get a refund for half a month, since you haven't paid for it yet. Instead, you basically got a half month for free.

Easy cancellation

You can cancel your paid account with a click of a mouse by going to "My Account" (on the right side of your dashboard), choosing "Subscription Level", and changing your level to a Free account.

Or you can completely cancel your account by choosing My Account → Cancel. That's it - no need to call our staff, and you'll never be charged again.

Cancellation versus Downgrading

If you downgrade from Paid to Free, we'll keep all of your photos, videos, stories, milestone records, etc. You'll now be subject to the limitations of the Free level, but we won't remove any of your content.

If, on the other hand, you cancel your account altogether, we will delete your photos, videos, stories, and recorded milestones.
