Jonathan Dahl — Co-Founder and CEO

Jonathan is an entrepreneur and developer with a wide range of experience in the web startup world, from programming to project management to business development to fundraising. Previously, Jonathan was a founding partner at Slantwise Design, a successful software consultancy specializing in web application development for startups. He blogs about software development at Rail Spikes, and has spoken at several Ruby on Rails conferences.

Graham Scharf — Co-Founder and Community Manager

Graham is a father, educator and entrepreneur. His passions flow from experience as a project manager at UBS, a New York City Teaching Fellow, and a stay-at-home dad. In UBS's team development group, Graham's team coached high performance teams. He resigned from UBS to put best practices into practice in the New York City public schools, where he discovered the indispensable role parents play in a child's education. Graham took that lesson to heart, and became a full-time father to his daughter, Elisabeth, during his wife's pediatric residency. Those years of parenting a young child in a 'pediatric household' sparked the vision of tumblon. Graham's wife is now a fellow in developmental pediatrics.

Luke Francl — Director of Engineering

Luke is a software developer and project lead who understands what it takes to build and support a great product. He was previously a lead developer at Slantwise Design and at Ancept, Inc. Luke blogs at Rail Spikes, co-authored a book on mobile development with Rails, and has spoken at tech conferences worldwide. In his free time, Luke helps run MinneBar, the leading tech/startup conference in the Twin Cities.
