Sleeps and wakes on a continuum

A Physical milestone for the week 1 age range.

TIP: For the first few weeks your child will wake, eat, and sleep on a 2-4 hour cycle. Exposing him to daylight during the day and letting him sleep in the dark at night will help him gradually transition to sleeping more at night and being awake more during the day.
